This resource is good for anyone who is trying to change their health to the good for good.

  • Check out their recipes.
  • Learn more about carbohydrates, fiber, omega-3’s, protein, cholesterol, soy, dairy, eggs, and more. Make sure to set aside plenty of time to go through all of these, your health may depend on it.
  • Get started on their 21 day vegan kickstart program that is downloadable on your phone. It comes with resources like recipes and shopping lists.

His website nutritionfacts.org is a great way to get the most up to date information on plant based health. He has a very large library of videos that feature him going over the most influential research on specific conditions.
